Can the product also keep a small rustico (approx. 140m2) free of moisture overall or is the device only suitable for one specific room at a time?

Hello Fehlmann, The SW38FX-Silent is not the successor but a different series. It is insignificantly quieter and, as of today, is not sold on the Swiss market. The SW38-FM is the latest version.
