I can't say for sure, but if the design is correct, I assume that they should do their job. I had them installed in a Mac Book early in 2011 without any problems and they still do their job.
Probably not, because Corsair's page reads: "CORSAIR's Mac memory kits are tested at Apple Developer Compatibility Labs and work with most MacBook® Pro, iMac®, and Mac mini systems shipped in 2011."
(They work fine with our Mac mini mid 2011).
