Question about G.Skill Trident Z
Do these RAMs run well in combination with a Ryzen 7 1700 on a Gigabyte GA-AX370 Gaming K7? and if so, which coolers are recommended? A Macho apparently covers the first Ram slot.
Yes, they should run well and can also be overclocked. I would recommend an aio if you have the money, if you take one from be quiet you can get a free conversion kit to am4 on their website.
They definitely work and the chances are very good that you can run them on the 3200Mhz clock with the new BIOS.
As a CPU cooler, you could use an AIO water cooler, for example, if you have room for it in the case.
