Do these dividers have adhesive strips on the back so that they can be stuck into the housing?

Yes, they have. In addition, magnets are built in so that you can place/test the LED strips beforehand. This means you don't have to use the adhesive strips.

I guess not, because here in the picture you don't see double-sided adhesive. But on this product you can (below the instruction manual) :
Corsair Lighting Node Pro (RGB, 10, 410mm)
