Question about Stöckli Marroni oven with grill plate
Do the marroni taste the same as from the marroni stand or the same as from the oven ? (They don't taste as good from the oven as from the stand. Hence the question).

They taste better than the ones from the oven. But the marroni from the marroni stall taste best, of course, because of the charcoal. Unfortunately, there are fewer and fewer marroni stands, so I bought this oven and am satisfied.
They taste better than from the oven and, in my experience, dry out less quickly. A smoky taste (from charcoal) with marronis from the stand is not important to me. So the oven fits my needs and I am happy with it.
