Do the appliances still have a 6-year manufacturer's warranty and can you rely on it if you replace the filter at the specified interval?
Hello Anonymous, in Switzerland the general agency (Qubiq Airtech AG) is responsible for warranty services.
If the device is registered at https://warranty-woods.com/ and the anti-mould filter (see link below) is changed once a year (keep receipts), Qubiq Airtech AG guarantees a 6-year warranty.

Our appliance is approx. 3 years old and runs perfectly. We are not aware of the current warranty for a new appliance.
As the appliance is not used very often, we have not replaced the filters as specified.
We like the large water tank of 10 litres.
