Do I understand correctly that you can also receive DAB+ C with the card? Is there software for this that I can then use to record in flac format, for example?

It's been a while since I bought this card to set up a multimedia PC for a customer. The card has software that can be downloaded from the Internet. It works, but is not user-friendly. With the software DVB Tuner (payable), for which some settings have to be adjusted, the whole thing worked well. However, adjusting the settings took a lot of time and internet research.

DAB+ C means nothing to me, but I suspect an audio signal. The card has an antenna and a composite input. You can connect a cable with video and stereo audio inputs to the composite input. I don't know if the card causes noise when there is no picture signal. I only use it via antenna for VHS digitisation. Theoretically it should work via Composit. You can't change the codec for audio. I can imagine that you can tap the audio composite signal with other software like Cubase or similar, and save it as flac. But I have never tried that... .

Tried to upgrade my PC to a Super TV for 2 days - then into the wastepaper basket. I even waived the right of return.

Via streaming you have the whole world of TV channels etc. on your PC.
