Question about Crucial P5 Plus
Do I understand correctly that the heat sink is missing here and therefore you can't just use this on the PS5?
If the SSD gets too warm, the console shuts down. There are enough videos on youtube.
You can buy cheap heat sinks for it. These cost +/- 20
You should always leave the hard drive on the console.

An SSD does not always need a heat sink. A PS5 in particular will not move so much data around that it would be necessary. If the SSD does get too warm, it will simply slow down briefly to cool down. While playing, however, you will most likely not even notice it.
