Most probably there is simply a changeover plug from DE to CH as in my case. Make sure you plug it in correctly or the fuse is out....

I had ordered a 1200 and a 1500. The 1200 came with an adapter, a CH cable and the German cable.
The 1500 only came with the German cable. They are now sending me another adapter. However, I'm not so sure whether that makes sense for a C19 cable. We'll see
