do i see the heart rate continuously on the fitbit luxe when i am exercising or wearing it? reliable values? best thanks martin

Yes, I have the heart rate in real time, with or without sport. This is the plus point of this Fitbit Luxe like the Alta HR. I could not measure with other heart rate monitors.
If treadmill training is set, the HR is permanently displayed and matches that of the device. I cannot say whether this is also the case with other types of training.
