Digitec is selling the Lenovo ThinkPad X1 Carbon Gen12 (product number 21KC00B7MZ). I read on the Lenovo website that the device is supposed to have an integrated 5G modem, but the Digitec product page says nothing about this. Does the device have an integrated 5G modem or not?

I ordered this Lenovo device from Galaxus in November 2024 and the delivered laptop has an integrated 5G modem with eSIM.
