Although we have two mobile subscriptions with Swisscom, it was not possible to buy the inOne Mobile Care for 9.90/month for the watch. Swisscom only expires this subscription if you also buy the watch there. Is this possibly the reason why so many watches are returned (there are corresponding offers here)? In any case, we have now solved the problem by ordering a Swiss 1GB subscription from UPC/Sunrise. It's a pity that Swisscom is not flexible here. This is how you lose customers when they are 8 years old.

I think TalkTalk Junior is a better alternative. You have 2G data per month and it also works in Europe without additional charges, as long as you only make video calls.
So if it should be possible to visit Lego Land or the Europapark again, the watch also works there.
The Digitec iot data flat subscriptions with 10 MBit/s also work if you only use video calls, but only in Switzerland at no extra charge.
