I have set up the clock and it works. Except when my son wants to call ME, it sounds: Calls to this number are blocked. But video calls work and voice messages work. What could be the problem? When I call my son on the watch, it works. But not the other way round????
I have the same problem? That was m.u. the ONLY point that she can reach me.... and it doesn't make any sense, why does video telephony work? I have roaming switched on and can't make a call, I can reach her. ?!?

Same problem with us, we can call the clock but the clock can't call mummy daddy..not good

Same problem with the new TCL. Has no one found a solution yet? For me, this is the most important function of the watch, without which it makes much less sense.
Is your number stored on the watch and in the app? i.e. on both media? If so, there is no reason why it should not work. Especially if you are also an admin in the app.
