Question about TP-Link Tl-Wr802n

How long does it take to start up the router? That is, plugging it in until Wi-Fi is available.

Has anyone tried this with the bring function? I bought a TL-WR802N to expand our WLAN, but I want to connect the TL-WR802N via Ethernet and put it on the same WLAN as the MAIN-ROUTER. However, I could not (yet) find the bridge functionality.

Cedricmou, it works as you describe but it's not directly meant that way. You can make a "new wifi" with a network cable. If you already have an existing one, there is a function that extends your existing one. Works as a "bridge" so to speak. This way you don't have to switch from network A to B on your mobile phone, because that would happen when you create a "new wifi", even with the same names. When setting up the box, simply select the "bridge" option. You can also google the whole instructions quickly: box name + bridge.
Then you don't need a network cable :)
