Despite full volume (control max. at 50), the sound is too quiet. How can this setting be changed?

The volume of the sound on the TV depends on the volume of your box. The box remote control also has a volume control, which you can adjust on the box. Have a nice day. Roland

Strange, I bought 2 (one 43" and one 50") and all 2 at home are loud enough. You can try some of the options you find on the sound effect in the settings. If it's not enough I would advise you to additionally buy a soundbar with more watts of power. Sorry.
