Dear All Sorry if this question has already been posted several times, I just can't help myself. I bought a Samsung QE75Q7FN 4 years ago and it came with the One Connect box. Now I have a flickering TV picture. The connection cable (or the whole box) seems to be faulty. Do you have a link where I can order a replacement box? Or a compatible alternative? Thank you!

Hello,
You have a very high probability that it is the cable. I had several times the case. Try to remove it and blow it out... if it doesn't change anything, maybe change the cable.
