Oh dear, I'm sorry that the service process is taking so long in this case :( It seems that the responsible service centre is still waiting for a replacement part, which is why the on-site repair has been delayed. However, this has nothing to do with the warranty extension, we are still working on a solution and our customer service will get back to you as soon as possible.
