CPU connector? I have received a CPU 8Pin and a cable with 2x 4Pin for this product, also labelled CPU. Can I plug the 8pin into slot 1 of the motherboard and plug the 2 4xpins into the 2nd CPU slot of the motherboard?

You can plug the 8-pin connector into the first slot on the motherboard. The two 4-pin connectors labelled CPU should be plugged into the two 4-pin slots on the motherboard, if available. Make sure that the cables are correctly connected to the connectors on the motherboard to avoid damage. The Pure Power 12 M 1000W has an 8-pin EPS connector that is used for the CPU.
