I’m asking because earlier batches reportedly had dustbin clogging issues, and a revised version was later released.

Answer

Unfortunately, a clear confirmation is not possible as the manufacturer does not provide any visible version labelling (e.g. "new revision"). The model name remains the same, even if internal changes have been made.
However, it can be assumed that current devices are from newer batches and that known problems have usually already been improved.
