I installed this in a gaming pc a fortnight ago and it works perfectly. I am very satisfied, even when gaming.

I can't really judge whether you can use the card for gaming. In any case, I wouldn't recommend the card because of its short range. But it is also very cheap. There are probably better products that cost a bit more.
