CorsairLighting Pro for the lighting, and 3 pin connector to the mainboard processor fan to control it in the bios Uefi speed. I don't have an RGB header. Is it possible to synchronise the colours with Corsair Link or to control them with the LED strips?

If the RGB cable is not connected then nothing can be done ... 
Which mainboard do you have? And do you have a Lightning Node or Commander Pro?
