core m processors should require less power, but they specify 15 watts. Can you please confirm their information and specify the processor type (m...). Does the device have an active fan? Thank you

Helpful answer

According to my information, an m3-7Y30 processor with 4.5W TDP is installed here. The 15W probably comes from another model with an i5 or i7 processor. Furthermore, according to my information, the m3 model has no fan.
