Question about OWC Aura N2

Memory is not found by MacBook Air and cannot be formatted or initialised.

Doesn't work, probably defective, money out the window.
And with the 128Gb my MacBook Air has, the rest of the memory is down to 100MB and can't store anything.

And I'm extremely pissed about the purchase because I have a non-functioning memory that can only be described as a small lamp because of its LED.

Any LED is cheaper and for the price, I could have easily got 1000 LED's and more.
Is there any way to get a real 1TB storage device or is it just a piece of junk?

Hello, I installed it in a Mac mini 2014 if the MacBook is mounted in sad I think so.
