The TVs had these functions. With the last (automatic) software update, however, Samsung has secretly and cheekily deactivated them. This means that the functions promised at the time of purchase were taken away. For me, this is fraud. But what chance does a customer have with such a large company? In any case, that was my last Samsung product. What is still possible is to stream .avi files from the PC to the TV, for example via Windows 10. You can also find some information on this "problem" with Samsung in the www. Or convert the playback format, but that's too much work for me.
