@Community: As of early 2019, CH plug still not available! @digitec / galaxus: Please enclose Schuko CH adapter in future, otherwise the device is simply not functional in Switzerland. Conclusion: Am disappointed that digitec / galaxus has not managed to fix this for more than a year (community question on this problem is dated 28.11.2017). Neither a hint on the plug type nor an adapter is available. Weak.

In my case, a Schuko Swiss adapter was enclosed, perhaps write to the customer service, I have read that they will send one later.
