Hi Guys, I am trying to find out if it is possible to use this HDD to move the camera roll contents from iphone over wifi or usb. I haven't been able to find relavent thread as of today. I am not looking for automatich backup as such. I dont care for that, but I just want to know if i can use this device to move all camera roll contents wirelessly. Can someone share some info if you have? Cheers.

Hi. Just tested it now with an iphone. You can transfer files from your camera roll to your WD Passport Wireless using the app called "WD My Cloud". It's Apple so not very convenient to save many files, but it works from your camera roll, select your photos then chose share with and select the app "WD My Cloud". There you can chose the folder of your drive you want the photos/videos to be copied. It works either if you are directly connected to the WiFi of the drive or through a USB-lightning cable.
