Yes, the container (cup) of the blender is dishwasher safe on the top rack. It is recommended to rinse it before placing it in the dishwasher. The blades should be washed by hand and not put in the dishwasher. The power base must never be submerged in water or put in the dishwasher and should be wiped clean with a damp cloth only. This applies to the portable blender container as well as other NutriBullet cups.
