You certainly can't use Spotify and WhatsApp on the device. It is a push-button mobile phone with a simple operating system that does not support apps such as Spotify or WhatsApp. There is only an MP3 player for music files, and there is an Opera Mini browser for internet access via mobile data, but no Wi-Fi connection or app installation. WhatsApp is not available, and Spotify cannot be installed or used either.
