Unfortunately, you cannot download all apps with every Smart TV (sometimes apps are pre-installed). However, the most popular ones, such as Zattoo, work with most of them, including this one. I don't know Telebox, but if you mean Teleboy, then unfortunately it doesn't work. Teleboy is only available on Samsung Smart TVs or devices with Android TV.
