Can you also save ps5 games with it? I recently bought an external one but only ps4 games are playable on it?

The Samsung SSD 870 EVO SATA III 2.5 inch is not compatible with the PlayStation 5. A PCIe Gen4 M.2 NVMe SSD is required for compatibility with the PlayStation 5. Alternatively, we recommend the 980 PRO Heatsink NVMe™ M.2 SSD. The integrated heat sink ensures low system temperatures even under heavy workloads and thus a reliably high performance.
Please also note that only PS4 games can be installed on a Samsung Portable SSD with the PS5, not PS5 games.

This HD is for permanent installation and was bought by me to make my PC faster as an SSD. I am very satisfied with the drive. However, no games are stored on it. I cannot answer this question.
