Can this watch be worn if I have a nickel allergy?

The glass is made of Gorilla Glass 3, the bezel of stainless steel and the case of fibre-reinforced polymer.
I don't know what kind of stainless steel the bezel is made of, but you should check with Garmin, as nickel can also be present in stainless steel.
