Question about Minix Neo U9-H

Can this TV box with the YouTube app really display the latest 4K 60fps HDR videos perfectly smoothly in full resolution? Many TVs and boxes fail to decode HDR at 4K 60fps (stuttering). Who can confirm this in combination with a 4K HDR TV?
