Can this HDD be used for the Synology NAS DS218j? I can't see any 2 TB hard drives on the official Synology compatibility list (https://www.synology.com/en-global/compatibility?search_by=drives&model=DS218j&category=hdds_no_ssd_trim). But we already have a 2 TB HDD installed - the same model is not sold on Digitec.

Yes, this 2 TB HDD can be used with the DS218j. "Third-party manufacturer" must be selected in the drop-down menu. The manufacturer number, ST2000VN003, is then displayed in the list: https://www.synology.com/de-de...
