can this device be connected directly to the car's usb port, i.e. it does not necessarily require a "cigarette lighter"? thank you very much.
Why can't the unit be charged with the USB cable supplied? It always says "cannot be charged with this cable". Do you have to order another one for charging on the Mac?
You can charge the navigation device to a USB port, but with the car connection cable you receive traffic information.
