If the TDP limit (105 watts) is not deactivated in the BIOS or the AllCore Turbo is activated, the cooler with a maximum heat dissipation of 150 watts is sufficient. But since you usually want to take advantage of such an expensive processor, I would recommend a more powerful one.

If you want to stay with BeQuiet, either be quiet! Dark Rock 4 (15.94cm) with 200 watts, or be quiet! Dark Rock Pro 4 (16.28cm) with 250 watts cooling power. Depending on whether overclocking is/will be an issue.
