Question about Rommelsbacher JG 80

I'm not quite sure if you can ferment garlic with this appliance. The instructions and product descriptions don't mention a specific function for this, only yoghurt, cream cheese, vegan variants and herbal extracts. It's best to check our Community to see if other users have experience with it.
