Can this adapter be used in conjunction with an M.2 NVME Key M SSD?

Attention! Do not buy until you know what M.2 & B-Key, M-Key, B+M-Key, SATA, AHCI & NVMe are.

I can confirm that this thing does NOT work with the Samsung SM951 AHCI version (neither with the 512 nor 128 GB version, model numbers MZ-HPV5120, MZ-HPV1280 from 2015.04, 2015.03).
