Can they also be used on a monitor because my monitor does not have integrated speakers?
The speakers are connected to the computer. The computer must have a corresponding connection (audio speaker socket). The monitors do not matter.
A Bluetooth connection also works.
That's exactly what they're there for. You can simply plug the jack plug into the green connector on the mainboard and then you have sound. The screen is irrelevant.
