I don't think so, but otherwise the clock is very good and can do a lot. However, it is time-consuming to study the instructions and try out all the things. But it is worth it! The accompanying app is also very good and detailed, so you don't really need Samsung Health any more.

I can't say, because I only connect the Smart Watch to Garmin Connect, where I have all the data relevant to me.
