Question about Digital voucher for CHF 500.–
Can the voucher value be split between Galaxus and Digitec or, once redeemed, must the entire value be spent in the respective shop?

If you spend e.g. 200 francs at Galaxus with the voucher then only 300 francs of the 500 francs will be left and the rest of the money you could spend at digitec. But it is easier to buy everything at Galaxus because every product in the digitec store is also available in the Galaxus store, you can simply replace the digitec url with galaxus or copy the item number and you will find the same product in the galaxus store.
