Question about MSI B450 TOMAHAWK MAX
Can the usb 2.0 ports only be used to connect enclosures or can other usb devices also be plugged in?

There are 2 x USB 2 plugs at the rear. You can connect whatever you want. I have a mouse and a data cable on it. It works.
Internally there are more USB 2 connections, but only for direct connection, e.g. housing.

I must have phrased my question wrong. I have also used the rear usb for mouse and keyboard. My question was whether it is possible to connect something other than a case to the internal USB ports?
