Can the unit be used with the charger plugged in (therefore no charging station)?

And Hellou again :) - Didn't even find the type 5150 at Remington, but if it's built the same "Safe" as the Phlilips (the other one you asked about, where it definitely doesn't work) and is the same as my two full dumb Bablysse (which I can charge, but only use when charging plug is gone), then: Rather no....
