Question about XGIMI Halo
Can the unit be controlled via Airplay? Thank you for the quick feedback.
I said (above) that Airplay doesn't work, but I found an app (AirPin) that I could install on the XGIMI Halo (free) and my Mac immediately displayed the Airplay icon and I could play my screen (mirror or as a second screen). Youtube videos etc. worked without any problems.
No. Airplay does not work in my experience. With Chromecast, wireless video transmission is supposed to work, but I have not tried it.
With an additional app, the screen content can be streamed. However, the app has trouble with videos.
