Yes, but you might have to do a bit of tinkering. If you don't have an RGB controller in the case or on the mainboard, then you have to buy an RGB controller, which may require some tinkering.
My personal recommendation is the Phobya RGB controller if there is no controller on the case or mainboard. You can use it with a 4Pin Molex, without cable construction for the power. All other RGB controllers also work (Elektro-Bau Geschäft), but I may have to tinker with the power cable to the power supply again. I have to connect the power externally, and it will be difficult to get the cabling through the tower without cutting the 12v to 220v cable and soldering it back on.

The plug is actually only for Phanteks controllers, i.e. it only works in the Phanteks housing. However, you can cut the connector and use it with other connectors in other housings.

I currently have it connected to my motherboard asus pro gaming z170....
But the connection didn't work right away, had to remove some plastic from the plug and then I could connect it to "rog ex".
