Question about Garmin vivosmart 4
Can the steps also be measured without the smartphone? So if I go for a walk without a smartphone, the steps will still be measured? Thank you
Yes, the steps are saved on the Vivosmart. As soon as there is a connection with the smartphone, the data is synchronised between the two devices.
Unfortunately, I don't know this explicit product, but I think that as soon as you are back from your walk, the watch synchronises with your mobile phone.
This would mean that the steps are certainly counted even without the phone (would make the most sense to me, because the phone is not always with you (jogging, active sports).
