Can the Smart Band 8 Active also record REM sleep?
Yes, it divides sleep into light, deep and REM. Waking phases and naps are also recorded. It also records oxygen saturation during sleep if desired. I had an allergic reaction to the wristband and had to buy a fabric strap (not from Digitec)
