Can the part 2 be removed again I forgot to attach the suction cup beforehand
I do not understand your question. What is the part2?
There are 3 parts. The suction cup has a ball at the top with which it is pressed into the holder, part 2. You attach this holder to the navigation device, part 3.
You can simply pull the ball of the suction cup out again, but it takes a little force.
