Can the M2_1 slot be used in combination with an ASUS ProArt GeForce RTX 4080 SUPER OC Edition or is it covered by the graphics card? I would like to equip the M2_1 slot with a Samsung 990 Pro 2000 GB, M.2 2280.

If the fan units are installed at the bottom of the graphics card, there is no problem. There are also manufacturers who install the fan unit at the top, so you should be careful with the graphics card. I hope I have answered your question so far.
