Can the light of the holograms be switched off? If so, also with a timer function? Is it reliable? What is the best way to set up the sensor outside?
These are crystal glasses that have the prediction symbol lasered into them. Depending on the forecast, the glasses are illuminated from below in a matching colour. In that sense, no holograms.
The lighting can be switched off. There is an auto function: it switches on automatically every 5, 10, 20, 30 or 60 minutes for about 16 seconds. Unfortunately, I have no experience regarding reliability. What I can say is that the outdoor sensor measures temperature and air pressure (although the air pressure is not displayed). The forecast is calculated barometrically in the device according to an algo rhythm from the measured pressure changes.
The outdoor sensor should be placed in the shade.
