Definitely! Incidentally, this is the case with all newer notebooks. Devices that are somewhat older and have two USB-C ports may only be able to be charged via one of the two. But nothing is broken, it just won't charge. All newer devices no longer have a classic round connector, they have to be charged via USB-C.
